The participants booking Shell Space should not include lighting load while applying for power load for machines. The participants booking Bare Space only should include lighting load also while applying for power load for machines.

Power Charges : The Electric Consumption charges @ Rs.132/- per KW per day (all inclusive of light load +
power load + service connection charges for actual days of fair) will be paid to ITPO.

Water Charges : Water Connection @ Rs. 2810/- per Connection for the entire duration of the exhibition. In addition, Rs. 450/- per tap per day for water consumption. 5% contingency charges are also payable. This is subject to revision by the concerned authority. Request for water connection is to be made at least 2 months in advance and connection taken 3 days before the exhibition, after which double the charge is levied.

Charges for compressed air are Rs.5250/- per day per connection plus 5% contingency charges.
(Charges subject to actual prevailing rates during the exhibition).

8. Shell Scheme : ITPO will provide a built-up booth with fascia, carpet, one podium, one table, four chairs,one power plug and seven spot lights in booth of 15 sq. mtrs. Extra furniture for display can be hired on the spot for which payment is to be made directly to the authorized agencies. (halogen lights not permitted).
